On January 7, 2025, Union Square Advisors announced that it served as the lead financial advisor to Global Risk Management Solutions (“GRMS”), a premier provider of supplier risk management programs, in its assets sale to Achilles, a Bridgepoint portfolio company and a global leader in supply chain risk and performance management.
This strategic acquisition strengthens Achilles’ position in North America, enhancing its supply chain sustainability capabilities and expanding its footprint in the U.S. and Canadian markets.
