Anderson Wasden is a Director on the Capital Markets team at Union Square Advisors. Anderson specializes in capital structure advisory and capital raising for a wide range of transactions and situations. Prior to joining the firm, Anderson co-led the Private Capital Markets group at Leerink Partners where he was focused on raising debt and equity capital for Healthcare companies. Anderson began his career at Credit Suisse with roles in the Financial Sponsors Group and the Capital Markets Group.
Anderson is originally from Savannah, Georgia and earned a B.S. in Physics and Engineering from Washington and Lee University and an MBA from The University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
