Justin Best is an Analyst at Union Square Advisors. Before joining Union Square, he worked at Splunk as part of the ITS-Enterprise Automation Team. He is a two-time Olympian, having competed in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics and won gold in the Men’s 4- Rowing event at the Paris 2024 Olympics.
Justin graduated from Drexel University with a BS in Business and Engineering and a minor in Finance, where he served as two-time captain of the Varsity Crew Team.
